Jason and Milan at Smart Spaces did a phenomenal job upgrading me to the latest Control4 hardware and software. Years ago I needed a small job done and my previous C4 dealer ignored me bc of the small scope. Smart Spaces came out to my place in Westchester and did the job for a reasonable price. I held on to my old C4 system for as long as possible but I really needed to upgrade and I called Smart Spaces for the job. They are knowledgeable, professional, and the price was reasonable. They took 3 days to complete it and answered all my questions with clarity. In addition their service is excellent, they got back to me quickly on customizations and troubleshooting. Pricing was clear upfront, there were no hidden charges or tacked on fees. C4 is expensive, but the automation is super convenient -once you have it you can't go back. I recently switched my control 4 provider to smart spaces.  The initial intake of my current hardware and software was very thorough.
I was given a very detailed list of recommendations to improve my system. What I appreciated about jason,  the owner, is that equipment that could still function was left in place. In other words he didn’t try to over sell me and was cost conscious. The company spent three full days upgrading and simplifying my system.
